How about FAQ? My request of payment still within range of ROI. Send a support ticket but never answered. I have made a request of payment since December 18, then the balance returned to balance. Made a request again on January 8 but I cancelled it due to ROI. I have to wait until January 17 to make a payment request. Until now I have not received the payment.
